The four psychological fears

Trading Psychology — Lesson 6 of 11

Beneath the previous emotions lie four more specific fears, which Douglas called the four psychological fears, and they are the source that generates most execution errors: the fear of being wrong, the fear of losing, the fear of missing out, and the fear of leaving profit to evaporate.

Each of the four fears drives an execution error against your interest, and all of them stem from the memory of a prior pain. Illustrative diagram.
