1 · What this service is, and is not

STD Project is a personal project run by one individual resident in Algeria — not a registered company. It provides education, tools and a technical indicator. That is all.

We are not:

A broker, and we never hold your money.
Portfolio managers, and we never trade on your behalf.
Licensed financial advisers.

We never ask for your trading account credentials, and would refuse them if offered.

2 · Risk warning

Past performance — ours or any trader's — does not indicate future results. Any figure or trade we show documents what happened; it promises nothing about what will.

3 · Not investment advice

Everything on this site — the lessons, the analyses, the indicator's signals, the numbers in our channels — is general educational information. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any particular instrument, and it takes no account of your personal financial circumstances.

The decision is yours and so is the outcome. Consult a licensed adviser in your country before you put money at risk.

4 · Membership and how we earn

Membership is free: no monthly fee, no charge for the indicator. The condition is that you open your trading account with Exness under our partnership.

Our plain disclosure: we are an Exness affiliate and receive a commission based on your trading activity. You pay nothing extra for this — the commission comes from the broker, not from you, and your trading conditions are the broker's own published terms.

Understand what this means: our financial interest is tied to you trading. Judge what we offer on its merits, not on the fact that it is free.

We reserve the right to suspend any membership that breaches these terms or harms the community.

5 · Third-party content

Prices, charts and the calendar come from TradingView, news from Investing.com, and trading hours from Exness. They arrive as is, may be delayed, wrong or unavailable, and we do not warrant their accuracy.

Rely on your trading platform alone when you execute.

6 · Intellectual property

The indicator, lessons, texts and designs on this site belong to us or to their respective owners. You may use them to learn and to trade your own account. You may not resell, redistribute, share them outside your membership, or claim them as your own.

7 · Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach the site or its API, do not scrape it in ways that burden our servers, do not impersonate us, and do not create fake accounts.

8 · Limitation of liability

We provide the site as is. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or free of error.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may amend them. We update the "last updated" date above, and your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, and any dispute falls to its competent courts. If you are a consumer resident in a country that grants you the right to sue in your own courts, that right stands.
