BUY — The primary buy zone with its two levels, BUY and BEST ENTRY
The algorithmic generation mechanism:
This zone never appears at random. It runs on conditional triggering: the indicator is cleared to start calculating the moment a Yellow Candle (YC) is detected, then applies high-precision equations to liquidity and volume levels, producing a two-level structure:
1. The BUY level (upper band):
- the gateway to a fast momentum run and the buyers’ safety valve
- a close inside it confirms stable liquidity and buying strength ✅
- a decisive close above the High releases strong buying momentum toward the upper targets 🚀
2. The BEST ENTRY level (lower band):
- the ideal floor and the smart-money area (Deep Discount Level)
- From the indicator’s testing: a close inside it sharply reduces the chance of reclaiming the BUY level ⚠️
Timeframe interlock and shared liquidity rules (Multi-Timeframe Logic):
• The convergence rule (Convergence):
The basic, safe condition for a valid trend is that the lower timeframe’s buy zone must not sit below the higher timeframe’s buy zone. Perfect convergence occurs when the lower timeframe’s floor falls either within the midpoint band of the higher timeframe’s zone or flush against that zone’s own floor — confirming that liquidity is fused and the shared support is strong.
• The volume-divergence and manipulation rule (Volume Divergence & Manipulation):
If the opposite happens and the lower timeframe’s buy-zone floor drops beneath the higher timeframe’s, that is a dangerous volume inversion and divergence — a sign the market is under institutional manipulation. Here the algorithm imposes exceptional handling rules:
- 1. Entry tactic: take the long straight from the lower timeframe’s zone to capture the fast bounce.
- 2. Trade management and watching the higher-timeframe wall: When price bounces up into the broken higher-timeframe zone, the indicator’s behaviour there is watched closely for one of two outcomes:
- a. The positive scenario: if the higher-timeframe zone stays positive and no sell signals appear, hold the trade as normal and take profit at the upper BUY targets.
- b. The structural-flip scenario (Flip Sell): if the higher-timeframe zone turns into a sell zone, exit the trade immediately and in full at that wall — liquidity has turned against you.
General trade-management rules:
🎯 The smart entry tactic: if the candle closes inside BEST ENTRY, step aside and wait until price breaks the BUY zone with a decisive close above it before riding the wave safely.
📉 The Purple Candle scenario (PC Counter-Attack):
- 1. If the candle closing inside BEST ENTRY is itself a Purple Candle (PC), the trade is extremely high-risk — wait for its own Discount zone to form before any decision
- 2. If buyers absorb the liquidity and price reclaims the BUY zone with a decisive close, the Premium zone of that Purple Candle becomes the primary take-profit target — price will drive into it to flush out the trapped sellers 🎯
STRONG BUY — Overwhelming buying momentum
The strong buy-zone system (STRONG BUY ZONE) | the peak of institutional liquidity
This zone is the buyers’ impregnable fortress and by far the strongest buy area in the algorithm. It appears on the chart only when smart-money liquidity flows and heavy trading volume converge and fuse at the lows.
Internal structure and how it reacts to closes:
Geometrically it splits into two main levels that follow the same strict close logic as the ordinary buy zone, but with a higher bounce efficiency:
- The BUY level (upper price band): a close inside it is excellent and confirms stable buying strength; a close above its high favours a fast rally against weak resistance ✅
- The STRONG BUY level (lower price band): This is the ideal low for smart money. From the indicator’s testing, a close inside it reclaims the upper band’s High far more easily ⚠️, and it usually bounces fast on institutional thrust.
The zone’s dynamic movement (Dynamic Movement):
The STRONG BUY zone is mobile and dynamic: it reacts to market movement in real time and exposes price’s true intent:
- Drifting lower: selling pressure keeps flowing and the bears control the move.
- Drifting higher: a clear sign that seller momentum is falling and beginning to recede, raising the odds of a near-term rally.
- Holding steady (neither up nor down): a strong sign that price is in a consolidation and waiting phase — the true trend has not shown itself yet.
Timeframe interlock: convergence versus manipulation:
To keep the buy signal precise, the algorithm enforces a strict multi-timeframe linkage standard:
- The convergence rule (Convergence): Everything must line up: the lower timeframe’s STRONG BUY floor has to fall within the midpoint band of the higher timeframe’s STRONG BUY zone. That price fusion confirms the trend is valid and the shared support is strong.
- The volume-divergence rule (Volume Divergence): If the opposite happens, volume diverges between the timeframes. That separation is a serious warning that the market is under institutional manipulation, and the algorithm then drops the zone’s validity: price will respect neither the lower nor the higher timeframe, and the environment becomes extremely dangerous.
Break mechanics and structural force balance (Market Force Equilibrium):
Because this zone is a concrete institutional wall, the algorithm imposes two strict rules for breaking it:
- 1. Higher-timeframe supremacy (Timeframe Supremacy): Ordinary technical moves cannot break this zone. Only selling pressure from a higher timeframe (at least twice as large) can — then the larger timeframe’s momentum prevails and is cleared to break the buy wall.
2. The purple Strong Premium candle (an equal match): The only force that matches it and can break it — even from its own timeframe — is a pivotal purple candle of the Strong Premium type. That candle is a massive institutional liquidity dump, an exact counterweight to STRONG BUY; the moment it appears the zone’s safety is void and the trade becomes very dangerous.
FLIP BUY — Structural flip from sell to buy
The buy-flip zone system (FLIP BUY ZONE) | liquidity role reversal
This zone is a smart algorithmic mechanism for detecting a support/resistance flip. It forms when buyers break through a major sell zone and close above it, turning that former selling wall magnetically into an exceptionally strong buying support that market makers target for a retest.
Internal structure and how it reacts to closes:
The zone splits into two main levels that set the strength of the bounce after the flip:
- The FLIP BUY level (upper price band): a close inside it, or above its High after the break, is strong evidence that the flip succeeded and buyers are holding — and a sign of an accelerating, powerful rally ✅
- The BEST ENTRY level (lower price band): the ideal entry low and the depth of the former resistance for a deep retest. From the indicator’s testing, a close inside it reclaims the upper band’s High far more easily ⚠️ — the support liquidity generated here pulls price up quickly.
Total-failure mechanics and structural invalidation (Comprehensive Invalidation Rules):
The algorithm applies three filters that void the FLIP BUY immediately:
- 1. Higher-timeframe supremacy (Timeframe Supremacy): The zone fails if price meets selling pressure from a higher timeframe (at least twice as large).
- 2. A STRONG SELL wall sweeping in: If a STRONG SELL zone forms on the same timeframe nearby, it is far stronger and structurally superior — its appearance completely cancels the FLIP BUY.
- 3. A new sell zone being generated (New Bearish Zone): The moment the indicator draws a new sell zone, the FLIP BUY is automatically void — a fresh zone means the market maker has begun pumping new distribution liquidity that has redrawn the trend map.
