What order flow is and why it reveals intent

Order flow analysis Order Flow is a way of reading the market that does not look at price alone; it records the volume executed at the bid and the offer moment by moment. The traditional chart tells you where price went, while order flow tells you how it got there, and who drove it: buyers or sellers, and with what force.

Why does it reveal intent?

The Japanese candle condenses the period into four prices: open, close, high and low. But it does not tell you what happened inside it: were buyers active the whole time? Did a large seller slip in near the top? Did one side capitulate at the end? Order flow opens the candle and reveals this internal battle.
