How does a zone form?

A strong zone does not arise from ordinary movement; it arises when huge buy or sell orders enter that the market cannot absorb all at once. Their owners are forced to accumulate their positions gradually within a narrow band before price takes off.

Accumulation then the surge

A zone forms in two stages: the base stage Base, where price oscillates within a narrow band of small, hesitant candles while the huge order is built in the background; then the surge stage, where the opposing side runs out and price takes off with one or more large, decisive candles, leaving the base behind it.
