The demand zone and the supply zone

Supply & Demand — Lesson 2 of 11

A zone is not a single line like classic support and resistance; it is a limited price band that price left with a powerful surge. From this band we distinguish two main types.

The shape

A demand zone is a floor from which price rebounds upward, and a supply zone is a ceiling from which it rebounds downward; each has a proximal edge near price and a distal edge farther away. Illustrative diagram — not real prices.
